Refunds will not be applied to accounts that are past-due or for accounts that are cancelled before the conditions for payment of the Refund are met. Refunds will only be made to the name, address, and credit card account on file. No Refund will be issued for accounts that are terminated by iTeraWeb Solutions in accordance with the iTeraWeb Solutions Terms of Service.
